摘要
通过分析箱座铸件的结构特点和生产车间的生产条件,合理设计了铸件的工艺方案,包括:浇注位置、分型面、浇冒系统、砂芯分块。为保证铸件的产品质量,设计了整套生产工装,包括:模样、砂箱、模底板。在工艺与工装设计中应用了Pro/E设计软件的实体造型功能进行辅助设计,并通过模拟装配使设计更加准确、可靠。
According to the structure of castings and the productivity of foundry, casting process has been properly designed, including pouring position, parting line, gating and riser system, sand core arrangement. In order to ensure the quality of castings, all the molding equipment has been designed, including pattern, molding flask, molding plate. The function of Pro/E software has been used to simulate assembling for more accurate design.
