射频消融联合表阿霉素对兔肝VX_2肿瘤微血管密度和细胞增殖的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨射频消融联合表阿霉素对兔肝VX2肿瘤微血管密度和细胞增殖的影响。方法制作兔肝VX2肿瘤模型,采用射频消融、局部注射表阿霉素和两者联合的治疗方式,运用免疫组织化学SABC法检测治疗后肿瘤组织中CD31标记的微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)。结果射频消融联合表阿霉素治疗组MVD和PCNA较单纯射频消融组和单纯药物组明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论射频消融联合表阿霉素治疗能较好的抑制肿瘤血管生成和肿瘤细胞增殖。 Objective To study the effect of radio-frequency ablation(RFA)on microvessel density( MVD) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in rabbit hepatco-cellular carcinoma (HCC)models. Methods VX2 tumor cells were planted in the hepatic left lobe on 32 rabbits. All animals were divided into four groups randomly: RFA group(n= 8) ,epirubicin(EPI) group(n= 8), combination group(n=8) and control group(n= 8). MVD and of PCNA expression in the HCC were detected by using immunohistochemical SABC staining method. Results MVD and PCNA expression in the RFA combinated with EPI group decreased significantly as compared with those in the other groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion RFA combinated EPI treatment can effectively inhibit the neovascularization and tumor cell proliferation.
