摘要
实验以低阶金竹山白煤为原料,采用冷压成型工艺,研究了石灰竖炉用型煤的制备,分析了各成型因素对型煤质量的影响.通过对实验数据进行分析,得到了型煤质量随粘结剂性质变化的规律.实验结果表明,以2%M、2%N组合成的复合粘结剂,在10%成型水分、17 MPa成型压力下,经过130℃~140℃温度干燥2 h后制成的型煤具有较高的质量指标,能满足石灰竖炉的生产要求,且经济性较好.
By using low - level Jinzhushan white coal as material and a way of cold briquetting,the preparation process of briquette used as the fuel in the limestone upright furnace is investigated. The main influencing factors of the quality of briquette on the briquetting technique are analyzed. Based on the analysis on trial data, the characterization of the briquette quality changing with the property of binder was gained. The result shows that under the eondnion of using the complex binder composing of 2 % M binder and 2% N binder, 10 % water used for briquetting and 17 MPa briquetting pressure, and drying 2 hours in the hothouse with 130 ℃ - 140℃ temperature, the briquette has high quality index and good economy and can be used for the production of limestone upright furnace.
