摘要
目的:探讨细胞周期蛋白G2(cyc lin G2)表达在口腔鳞癌发生和发展中的意义。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测39例口腔鳞癌组织和20例正常口腔黏膜组织中cyc lin G2的表达,通过显微图像分析系统分析其阳性率和平均积分光密度值的改变。结果:在正常口腔黏膜组织、高、中和低分化鳞癌组织中cyc lin G2的表达阳性率逐渐降低,分别为95%(19/20)、84.6%(11/13)、80%(12/15)和36.4%(4/11),差异显著(P<0.05);平均积分光密度值分别为1321.36±25.41、927.15±10.37、854.72±12.86和327.11±13.57,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:cy-c lin G2在口腔鳞癌的发生、发展中起一定作用,是提示肿瘤恶性度的生物学指标之一。
Objective: To explore the role of cyclin G2 in the occurrence and development of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) by determining the expression and distribution of eyelin G2, Methods: The expression of cyclin G2 was determined by immunohistochemical S-P method in 39 OSCC tissues of and 20 normal oral mueosas. The positive expression rate and average optical density value of cyclin G2 were analyzed by using micro-image analysis system. Results: The positive expression rates of eyelin G2 in normal oral mueosa, highly differentiated OSCC, moderately differentiated OS- CC, and poorly differentiated OSCC were 95.0%, 84.6%, 80.0%, and 36.4%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The average optical density values of cyclin G2 in normal oral mueosa, highly differentiated OSCC, moderately differentiated OSCC, and poorly differentiated OSCC were 1 321.36±25.41,927.15 ± 10.37, 854.72 ±12.86, and 327.11 ± 13.57, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The expression of cyclin G2 "is associated with the degree of differentiation of OSCC. It may serve as 'a biological marker in evaluating the malignancy of tumor.
