狼疮性肾炎外周血粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子受体表达的研究

摘要 目的:探讨粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子受体(GM-CSFR)在狼疮性肾炎(LN)发病中的意义。方法:运用流式细胞术对32例LN病人、15例正常人的外周血GM-CSFR水平进行测定分析。结果:LN外周血单核细胞GM-CSFR表达水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);外周血中性粒细胞GM-CSFR表达水平两组差异不显著(P>0.05)。外周血单核细胞GM-CSFR表达水平与蛋白尿程度呈正相关。结论:GM-CSFR与系统性红斑狼疮的发病及LN的肾脏损害密切相关。 Objective: To study the expression of granulecyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor receptor (GMCSFR) in peripheral blood of patients with lupus nephritis (LN) and the relationship between GM-CSFR and LN. Methods: The levels of GM-CSFR in 32 patients with LN and 15 normal subjects were determined by flow cytometry. Results: The expression level of GM-CSFR in peripheral monecytes of LN patients was significantly higher than that of normal subjects (P 〈 0. 01 ). There was no significant difference in the expression level of GM-CSFR in peripheral neutrophils between the LN patients and normal subjects (P 〉 0. 05). The expression level of GM-CSFR in peripheral monecytes was positively correlated with the degree of the albuminuria. Conclusion: The expression of GM-CSFR may be correlated closely with the pathogenesis and renal injury of LN.
