肛门模型冰块加压包扎预防痔疮术后并发症的临床研究

Clinical study on the complication prevention for patients after hemorrhoids operation by pressure of anus model ice at early stage

目的探索痔疮术后疼痛、出血、水肿、尿潴留等并发症的预防方法,降低痔疮术后并发症的发生率。方法实验组术后立即用特制肛门模型密封冰块敷于肛门伤口敷料外,外加丁字带包扎固定,并设对照组进行观察。结果实验组在预防伤口疼痛、出血、水肿及促进伤口愈合方面优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义;尿潴留发生率低于对照组;冰敷干预能缩短病人住院时间。结论早期用特制肛门模型密封冰块外敷并以丁字带包扎固定,在预防痔疮术后疼痛、出血、水肿及促进伤口愈合方面有较好的临床效果。

Objective To study the preventive method of complication after hemorrhoids operation, such as pain, bleeding, edema and emiction retention, for reducing, for reducing its occurrence rate. Method patients were selected and divided into two groups. In experimental group, the wound was pressured by anus model ice and fixed by T type bandage. Control group was set for comparison. Result There was significant difference in complication prevention between the two group, the effect in experimental is better than that of control group. The occurrence rate of emiction retention in experimental group is much lower than that of control group, the time for hospitalization was shortened also. Conclusion Exterior apply of anus model ice and fixed by T type bandage is effective for preventing complication after hemorrhoids operation, such as pain, bleeding, edema and emiction retention, and promoting wound recovery.
