摘要
于1992-1993年5月和10月,在胶州湾捕捞中国对虾亲虾,9月在莱州和胶南采集的人工养殖中国对虾,采用双缩肥法测定其血淋巴中的血清总蛋白含量,用0-TB法测定血清葡萄糖含量。并研究注射灭菌海水、海洋弧菌后,对中国对虾血清总蛋白含量和血清葡萄糖含量的影响规律。结果表明,总蛋白含量秋天正在发育期的亲虾为132mg/ml,春天已产卵亲虾的为90mg/ml;向中国对虾腹部肌肉分别注射灭菌海水、弧菌在24,48h后,从(表面未发现异常变化的)中国对虾围心腔抽取血淋巴,测定其血清蛋白含量和葡萄糖含量,未发现明显差异。但已感染黑斑病的中国对虾,其血清蛋白含量为54mg/ml,血清葡萄糖含量为641μg/ml,说明感染黑斑病的虾,血清蛋白含量明显减少,而葡萄糖的含量急剧增大:这可以作为中国对虾感染黑斑病的一种血液化学监测指标。
Wild (captured in May and October) and cultured (collected in September) shrimp Penaeus chthensis were used in this study on the total serumprotein and total glucose in their haemolymph. The total senun protein was measured by Biuret reaction, and the total serum glucose, by O-TB. The efeets on thecontents of the above-two biochendcals caused by injection of sterilized seawater andmarine Vibrio sp. (0.05 ×108 cell /ml) were investigated. The total serinn protein was132mg /ml in the not-spawning adult shrimp collected in autumn; and 90mg /ml inthe spawning shrimp collected in spring. No variahon of the contents of serumprotein and glucose in the hae Inolymph from the pericawhal sinus was observed 24and 48 hours after intramusular injection of sterilized seawater and Vibrio in theabdomen. The contents of sennn protein and glucose were 54mg /ml and 641μg /mlrespectively in the shrimps infeced by black spot disease. The results showed P.chinensis infection by black spot disease is symptondzed by obvious decease of serumprotein content accomPanied by inerase of sennn glucose content.
