摘要
通过分析具有自调背压机构的涡旋压缩机涡旋型线几何参数对其动涡盘各部位摩擦损失功率的影响,得出在动涡盘产生摩擦损失的各部位中,动盘底板上表面与静盘接触处的摩擦损耗受涡盘几何参数的影响最大。经过理论分析及模拟计算,得出在满足吸气压力、压力比、吸气容积的条件下,总有一组涡旋型线几何参数能使动涡盘上的摩擦损失功率最小。给出了优化设计基圆渐开线涡盘几何参数的方法。
The influence of the geometric parameters of the molded lines of scroll compressors with self-regulated back pressure mechanism on the friction loss power at positions of their vortex removable pan was analyzed. The result shows that the geometric parameters of the removable vortex pan had the maximum influence on the friction parameter at the connection point of the top surface of the bottom plate of the removable vortex pan and the static pan about the friction loss among positions induced by the removable vortex pan . It was concluded that a certain group of geometric parameters of the molded lines Could make the friction loss power of the removable vortex pan least under the condition of satisfying the suction pressure, pressure ratio, and suction volume. The method of the optimum design of the geometric parameter of the scroll pan with base circle involute was given.
