玻璃保温瓶胆化学镀镍机理及工艺研究

Study on the Fundamentals and Technology of Electroless Nickel Plating on Glass Vacuum Flask

探讨了玻璃保温瓶胆化学镀镍基本原理和施镀工艺,并概述了碱性除油、化学粗化、敏化、活化、还原等预镀工艺及酸性次磷酸钠化学镀镍浴配方、工艺条件和配液原则。

This paper described the research on the fundamentals and technology of electroless nickel plating on glass vacuum flask. The technology of pretreatment for electroless nickel plating on glass vacuum flask, such as oil removing in alkaline solution, chemical roughening, sensitization,activation and reduction etc. was also discussed in the present paper. The formulation of NaH2PO2 baths and technological condition and principle of preparation of solution were summarized.
