摘要
目的:建立稳定的测定诃子鞣质的方法。方法:用干酪素法测定鞣质含量。优化条件为:以30%甲醇提取1小时,干酪素用量500mg,1.5%Na2CO3显色后15min测定。结果:优化方法线性良好,鞣酸平均回收率为101.45%,RSD=1.05%(n’5)。结论:该法简单、灵敏、稳定、可靠。
Objeetive： To establish a stable method for determinging the content of tannins in Terminalia chebula Retz. by casein method. Methods： The casein method was used to determine the content of tannins. The optimum conditions of determination were using 30 % methyl alcohol as extracting solvent, refluxing 1 hour, adoping 500 mg caseins, adding 1.5 % Na2CO3 and determining after 15 min. Results：The selected method had a good linear dependence. The average recovery of tannic acid was 101.45 % with RSD = 1.00 % （n = 5）. Conclusion： It is simple, sensitive and reproducible the content of tannis in Terminalia chebula Retz.
