摘要 目的:建立稳定的测定诃子鞣质的方法。方法:用干酪素法测定鞣质含量。优化条件为:以30%甲醇提取1小时,干酪素用量500mg,1.5%Na2CO3显色后15min测定。结果:优化方法线性良好,鞣酸平均回收率为101.45%,RSD=1.05%(n’5)。结论:该法简单、灵敏、稳定、可靠。 Objeetive: To establish a stable method for determinging the content of tannins in Terminalia chebula Retz. by casein method. Methods: The casein method was used to determine the content of tannins. The optimum conditions of determination were using 30 % methyl alcohol as extracting solvent, refluxing 1 hour, adoping 500 mg caseins, adding 1.5 % Na2CO3 and determining after 15 min. Results:The selected method had a good linear dependence. The average recovery of tannic acid was 101.45 % with RSD = 1.00 % (n = 5). Conclusion: It is simple, sensitive and reproducible the content of tannis in Terminalia chebula Retz.
