摘要
作为导弹总体设计的一项重要内容,结构总体设计优劣影响着导弹最佳总体技术方案成败。现根据型号研制的工程经验,提出了应用于结构总体设计的总体结构优化方法。结合实例,着重从结构最优布局、动力学优化和运动学分析等三方面阐述了具有并行设计特点的总体结构优化内涵。研究表明,总体结构优化是基于并行工程框架的数字化定义、数字化预装配和分析、仿真一体化设计,是解决导弹结构轻质化、提高导弹总体设计水平的有效途径。
As an important content, structural systems design had an effect on optimum systems project of missile. According to engineering experience of missile's research and production, this paper put forward the method of systems structural optimization in structural systems design. Combining with an example, the connotation of systems structural optimization was emphatically presented on the following three subjects, namely, structural optimum position, dynamics optimization and kinematics analysis. The research show that systems structural optimization is an unified design of numberical definition, numerical beforehand assembly and analysis and imitation based on concurrent engineering frame, and an available method for solving structural light weight and improving systems design level of missile.
