呼叫中心系统在各行各业中所起的作用越来越明显。采用分层设计思想,得出交通信息呼叫中心系统的结构层次,并以电话查询方式为例,分析交通信息呼叫中心系统的作业流程,具有十分重要的意义。
Call-center system is becoming more and more important in every walk of life. The idea of layered design is adopted in traffic information call-center system, and the hiberarchy of the whole system is obtained. It is significant to analyze the work flow of traffic information call-center system taking the example of telephone query.
