老年TIA患者颈动脉粥样硬化的超声诊断 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者颈动脉粥样硬化的超声表现,探讨其意义。方法对近年有TIA发作史的50位老年病人与对照组150例同期正常体检者应用B型及多普勒超声观察颈动脉粥样硬化情况。结果TIA患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的发生率达76·0%,粥样硬化斑块好发于分叉部(BIF),以混合回声及低回声者多见。结论TIA与颈动脉粥样硬化有密切关系,为预防和减少发病风险,有必要充分了解颈动脉的状况。 Objective To study the development of carotid atherosclerosis by uhrasonography and evaluate its significance. Methods Carotid arteries of 50 patients and 150 normal controls with TIA were examined by B-mode and Doppler ultrasound, And the echogericity of the atherosclerosis plague were studied. Results The presence of carotid atherosclerosis plague in patients with TIA was 76. 0%. It is more often seen at BIF, and is more heterogeneous and hypoechoic. Conclusions Carotid atherosclerosis is significantly related with TIA. In order to prevent and decrease the risk,it is necessary that current situation of carotid artery should be surveyed.
