纯棉喷气纺纱中喷嘴等参数的优化设计

Design of First Nozzle and Other Parameters for Pure Cotton Jet-Spun Yarn

本文分析了喷气纺纱中第一喷嘴对前罗拉钳口下须条的解捻作用,通过对第一喷嘴的设计以及对影响成纱强力的主要工艺参数所作的优化试验,得出了在纺纯棉喷气纱时,获得较高强力的优化工艺参数。

In this paper was analysed the untwisting action of the first nozzle in air-jet spinning. A first nozzle was designed and some other parameters affecting the yarn strength were also researched. Based on experiment, the optimum parameters were obtained for pure cotton jet-spun yarn.
