垫圈式张力器的静态与动态工作特性分析

A Discussion about Disc Tension Device on Warping Machine

本文建立了垫圈式张力器的输入-输出特性关系,分析其静态工作特性,得出了用于调节上机张力的半经验公式,并根据理想纱条波谱图所建立的简化纱条模型,采用FFT技术对其动态特性进行了分析,从而得到了一些对生产实践有益的结论。

A theoretic model about the input-output characteristics of the disc tension device on warping machine is built-up to analyse static working property of the device. Based upon the simplified yarn model, its dynamic working property is also investigated with FFT technique. Some formulation and conculusions which will be helpful for production practice are derived.
