新型丙烯酸浆料的制备与性能

Study on Synthesis and Property of New Polyacrylic Acid Size

本文通过实验确定了新型丙烯酸浆料的合成工艺,并将合成浆料与国内外同类浆料进行了性能测试对比。实验结果表明:新型丙烯酸浆料具有良好的耐磨性能,良好的对棉、涤/棉纤维的粘附性能,退浆容易,调浆方便等优点,并克服了PAA_m浆料、PMA浆料易于再粘的缺点。

A new synthesized polyacrylic acid size has been developed, and its property has been measured and compared with the same kind of size home and broad. The result shows that the synthesized size has better abrasion resistance , higher adhesion to terylene and cotton fibre, and presents no readhesion of PAAm and PMA size.
