Technical Transformation of Equipment Washing Synthetic Fibre

本文通过对化纤厂压洗丝饼工艺及设备的分析,找出了导致废品率高的主要原因,并提出了一条实现内部挖潜的切实可行的途径。

There is a high reject rate when synthetic fibre is washed under a pressure in its production. In this paper, the cause producing high reject-rate is found based on analysis, and the technical transformation way is brought about. It is proved that it is a practicable way by experiment.
