羧酸-萘共聚型高效减水剂的性能研究

摘要 合成了羧酸-萘共聚型高效减水剂(WHJS),阐述了该减水剂的合成工艺,分析了合成产品的红外光谱图,并比较了这一产品与萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(FDN)和聚羧酸减水剂(CoPoCa)在流动度、表面张力、电动电位和保坍性等性能的差别。结果证明:这种共聚型减水剂能把聚羧酸高分子成功地接枝到萘环上,从而克服了传统萘系减水剂的坍落度损失大的缺点,保持了较好的流动度。 A type of high performance water-reducer(WHJS), copolymerized by polycarboxylate and naphthalene, has been made. Firstly, the technical process of synthesis has been introduced in brief. Then, based on the analysis of the products' infrared spectrum figure(IR) and the comparison with both Naphthalene Formaldehyde condensate(FDN) and Polycarboxylic type water-reducer(CoPoCa) on the properties such as flowability of cement paste, surface tension, ξ potential and slump of concrete, a conclusion can be drawn that the polycarboxylate polymer has been grafted into naphthalene loop of FDN successfully, simultaneously this new product can prevent from rapid loss of slump of conventional naphthalene water-Reducing agent, and concrete will remains in a high fluidity.
