Materialistic dialectic of Marxist philosophy deems that anything in the universe is in the universal relationships and eternal developments with each other. The universal relationship is represented by a series of basal aspects while varieties and developments are realized by a series of basal laws. And various diseases are similarly in universal relationships, varieties and developments, therefore, whether doctors can use self-conscious and materialistic dialectical scientific thought to direct practices or not, the effect is of great difference.
