探讨了纯棉牛仔布织物的生物酶减量整理，对生物酶整理的原理作了分析。通过大量试验，摸索出生物酶对牛仔布的整理工艺。生物酶整理可用现有设备，只需很少的投资，便可将表面粗糙，棉结较多的牛仔布，处理成光洁、滑爽、纹路清晰，具有永久抗起毛、抗起球性能的高档织物，其品质可以与石磨洗相媲美。

The enzymatic deweighting finish of all_cotton jean fabrics was studied and the mechanism thereof analyzed. A finishing process was afforded on the basis of many experiments, and it was showed that the existant equipments could be used and little investment was needed to turn the jean fabrics with coarse surface and quite many neps into high rank ones with clean, smooth and clearly waled surface, permanant anti_fuzz and anti_pilling performances, and the quality comparable to stonewashed ones. The enzymatic finish is hence a new method of great potency.
