益气救阴法在重症胰腺炎早期多器官中的抗氧化作用 被引量:6

Antioxidant effect of supplement Qi and bring back Yin method(益气救阴法) on multiple organs in the early stage of severe acute pancreatitis

摘要 目的:探讨益气救阴法的代表方药生脉注射液对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠早期多器官组织脂质过氧化的影响及其作用机制。方法:30只雌性W istar大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和益气救阴治疗组,每组10只。采用逆行胰胆管注射牛磺胆酸钠法建立大鼠SAP模型。模型组和益气救阴治疗组制模后分别立即给予生理盐水(10 m l/kg)和生脉注射液(10 m l/kg)肌肉注射,假手术组给予生理盐水(10 m l/kg)肌肉注射,观察3组大鼠胰腺、心、肝、肺、肾组织的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(M DA)含量和组织学变化。结果:模型组大鼠各器官组织中M DA含量均较假手术组明显升高,SOD活性(除肺组织外)均较假手术组明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。益气救阴治疗组大鼠除肝脏外,其余各器官组织中M DA含量显著低于模型组,SOD活性显著高于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:益气救阴法的代表方药生脉注射液可显著减轻SAP早期多器官组织脂质过氧化,提高各器官组织SOD活性是其可能的作用机制。 Objective: To investigate the effects of Shengmai injection (生脉注射液), the representative drugs of supplement Qi and bring back Yin method (益气救阴法), on lipid peroxidation in multiple organs in the early stage of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Methods: Thirty female Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham- operated group (10 ml/kg normal saline was injected intramuscularly), model group (10 ml/kg normal saline was injected intramuscularly after induction of SAP), and supplement Qi and bring back Yin treatment group (10 ml/kg Shengmai injection was injected intramuscularly after induction of SAP). The rat models of SAP were induced by retrograde injection of 5% sodium taurocholate into hepatopancreatic duct. The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured and the histological changes of pancreas, lung, kidney, liver and heart of rats in the three groups were observed. Results: The levels of MDA in multiple organs were significantly higher, while the levels of SOD in relevant tissue except lung were lower in model group than those in sham- operated group (P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01). The levels of MDA in multiple organs were significantly lower in multiple organs except liver, while the levels of SOD were significantly higher in supplement Qi and bring back Yin treatment group than those in model group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion: The supplement Qi and bring back Yin method by Shengmai injection may attenuate the level of lipid peroxidation in multiple organs of SAP in the early stage, and its effect of increasing SOD level in relevant tissue may account for one of its mechanisms.
