不发达地区农村小学生血清瘦素相关因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】了解不发达地区小学儿童在营养状况相对较差时血清瘦素浓度及与相关体格发育参数的关系,以促进儿童的正常发育。【方法】调查研究对象的年龄、体重、身高并计算体质指数(body mass index,BMI),使用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测瘦素浓度,用Pearson相关分析分析瘦素与各指标间的相关性。同时进行偏相关分析和多元逐步回归分析。【结果】①青春期女童瘦素浓度明显高于青春前期和男童;②Pearson相关分析表明瘦素浓度与年龄、身高、体重、BMI及性别明显相关(P<0.01);而偏相关分析表明只有BMI和性别与瘦素浓度明显相关(P<0.01);③多元逐步回归分析也表明只有BMI和性别对瘦素浓度有显著性影响。【结论】在营养状况相对较差的农村小学儿童中,青春期女童瘦素浓度明显高于青春前期和男童;血清瘦素浓度与BMI和性别明显相关。 [Objective] To study correlation of serum leptin with anthropometric parameters in pupils of undeveloped rural region. [Methods] All pupils were investigated their age, weight, height and calculated boby mass index(BMI), and measured their serum leptin levels using a double-antibody with filling ELISA assay,and analyzed correlation of serum leptln levels with anthropometric parameters in Pearson and Partial correlate and Stepwise regression seperatedly. [Results] ① Serum leptin level of girls in puberty was significiantly higher than that in. prepuberty and in boys;②Pearson correlations showed that there was a significant correlation between serum leptin and age,height, weight,sex and BMI (P〈0.01) ;Partial correlative showed that there were a significant correlation only between serum leptin levels and sex and BMI(P〈0.01 ) ; ③Stepwise regression also showed only sex and BMI had a significant influ ence on serum leptin levels. [Conclusions] In inferior nutrition,serum leptin level of girls in puberty was significiantly higher than that in prepuberty and in boys ;serum leptin levels of pupils significantly correlate with sex and BMI in undeveloped rural region.
