摘要
目的探讨硒多糖对镉中毒大鼠肾的保护作用。方法经腹腔注射2.5 mg/kg.d氯化镉,连续3 d,诱发大鼠肾中毒,同时给大鼠饮用不同剂量的硒多糖水溶液30 d,分别测定肾组织匀浆的SOD、GSH-Px的活性,MDA含量,并同时观察大鼠肾组织的形态。结果硒多糖能明显提升SOD、GSH-Px的活性,显著降低MDA含量,使大鼠肾脏维持正常的生理功能及组织结构。结论硒多糖对镉中毒大鼠肾损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective Study on the protective effects of selenium polysaccharides on cadmium induced renal damage of rat models. Methods The renal damage of rats were induced by intraperitoneal injection (i. p. ) with CdSO4 2.5 mg/kg, once per day for three days. The experimental groups were fed with selenium polysaccharides solution of different dose for 30 days. Renal tissue morphology and SOD, GSH- Px, MDA activities were examined thereafter. Results Selenium polysaccharides treatment resulted in obvious enhanced activities of SOD and GSH-Px and lowered MDA content, and made the rats' kidney maintained the normal function and tissue morphology. Conclusion Selenium polysaccharides has protective effects on cadmium induced renal damage of rat.
