摘要 护理教育现代化理念和人才培养目标的不断更新,护理学专业实践教学体系在专业人才培养方案、教学计划和大纲的内涵已发生深刻变化。本文就护理学专业认知性见习、实验(实训)、课程教学实习、毕业实习和毕业论文五个实践教学环节的目的、内容、方法和模式进行了系统研究,旨在构建完善的实践教学体系,促进学生专业知识、能力、素质结构的系统衔接和整体优化,提高高等护理教育人才培养质量。 Attend to the continual renovation of the educational modernization ideas and talent' s training objectives, nursing professional teaching practice system have taken place the deep change in professional personnel training scheme, teaching plan and teaching outline. The role and function of teaching syllabus of the practice of nursing, this article aimed at speculating and probing the systematic linkage of the related knowledge, aimed to structuring the perfect teaching practice system, to promote system linking up and global optimization of student's professional knowledge, ability, quality structure, in order to improve the quality of personnel of the specialty of the advanced nursing educations based upon the careful and systematic analysis of the contents, methods and models of the following five aspects of the specialty of nursing, namely: cognitive nursing items, experimental teaching, practice of the core-courses of the specialty,graduation field training and graduation thesis writing.
