摘要
为增大导向浮阀塔板对液体流动的推动力,在1600 mm×400 mm实验塔内,利用空气-水系统,对B型导向浮阀塔板进行实验研究。与导向浮阀塔板相比,它具有更好的流体力学性能和更大的液体负荷适用范围。实验研究和工业应用表明,B型导向浮阀塔板具有处理能力约提高20%、塔板效率约提高10%、操作弹性约提高30%等突出特点,用于蒸馏、吸收、汽提等传质过程,可获得良好效果。
In order to increase the driving force to the liquid flowing on the tray, the B-type directed valve trays were studied experimentally in a rectangular column with a 1600 mm ×400 mm cross section by using air-water system. Compared with the directed valve trays, B-type directed valve trays have better hydrodynamic characteristics and wider range of liquid loads suited. The experimental result and industrial use showed that B-type directed valve trays have outstanding features of increasing the capacity by 20% , the tray efficiency by 10% and the turndown ratio by 30%. The good results can be achieved if it is used in the mass transfer process for distillation, absorption, stripping, etc.
