摘要
通过对锅炉群控制数据传输特点的分析,采用了光纤自愈工业以太网的网络结构。汽包水位、蒸气温度、炉膛负压的控制采用模拟调节方式,其中汽包水位则选择了模糊PID调节。锅炉电气设备和炉膛保护采用了顺序控制策略。运行实践表明,这样设置的控制系统实现了锅炉群控制的准确、安全和平稳。
Through analyzing the features of data transmission in controlling boiler group, the network structure of optical fiber FRR industrial Ethemet is selected. The controls for drum water level, steam temperature, and negative furnace pressure are in analog control, among them, the drum water level control is under fuzzy PID control. Electric equipment of boiler and furnace protection are operated with sequential control strategy. The operating practice shows that such control system implemented accurate, safety and stable control for boiler group.
