益肾活血清利方对单侧输尿管梗阻大鼠肾间质纤维化的防治作用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨依据益肾活血清利法组方对进展性肾间质纤维化的防治作用。方法制备单侧输尿管梗阻大鼠模型,随机分为假手术组、模型组、益肾活血清利方低剂量组、益肾活血清利方高剂量组、苯那普利组。观察用药21d对大鼠血肌酐、尿素氮,大鼠肾间质病理变化及大鼠肾组织羟脯氨酸含量的影响。结果用药组较模型组对血肌酐、尿素氮,大鼠肾间质病理变化及大鼠肾组织羟脯氨酸含量的作用均有显著差异,其中中药高剂量组优于苯那普利组。结论益肾活血清利方对肾间质纤维化具有良好的防治作用。 Objective Investigate the protective and therapeutic effect of Yishenhuoxueqingli recipe on renal interstitial fibrosis of unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) rats. Method To establish a rat UUO model in 40 SD rats. Rats were divided randomly into pseudo-opreation group, model group and Yishenhuoxueqingii recipe low dosage group, Yishenhuoxueqili recipe high dosage group, Benazepril group, each with 10 rats. Rats were killed on day 21 after operation. SCr, BUN, the pathological morpholog manifestation of rat renal interstitial and the hydroxyproline content in rat renal constitution were observed. Result There were significant differences in SCr, BUN, the pathological morpholog manifestation of rat renal interstitial and the hydroxyproline content in rat renal constitution between model group and groups drug. And Yishenhuoxueqingii recipe high dosage group is better than Benapril group. Conclusion The prescription of Yishenhuoxueqingli posses satisfactory role of prevention and cure to renal interstitial fibrosis.
