冠心Ⅱ号对犬心肌缺血模型血清超氧化物歧化酶、C反应蛋白、丙二醛的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察冠心Ⅱ号对犬心肌缺血模型血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法20只心肌缺血模型犬随机分为空白对照组、模型组、单硝酸异山梨酯组及冠心Ⅱ号组。观察服药前后血SOD、CRP、MDA的情况。结果冠心Ⅱ号治疗后,犬心肌缺血模型血清SOD明显升高,CRP、MDA明显下降。与单硝酸山梨酯组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论冠心Ⅱ号对SOD、CRP、MDA指标明显改善。这可能是其治疗动脉粥样硬化引起的缺血性疾病的机理之一。 Objective To observe the effect of Guanxin Ⅱ Hao to the superoxide dismutase (SOD), C-reactive protein (CRP), malondialdehyde (MDA) in dog with myocardial ischemia. Methods 20 dogs of myocarclial ischemia were divided into the control group, isosorbidi mononitratis group and the Guanxin Ⅱ Hao group by random. The level SOD, CRP and MDA of serum were measured before and after treatment. Results In the Guanxin Ⅱ Hao group, the levels of CRP and MDA were lower than that of the, control group, and the level of SOD was higher than that of the isosorbide mononitrate group. There was significant difference between the control group and the Guanxin Ⅱ Hao groups (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion That Guanxin Ⅱ Hao can inhibit the levels of CRP and MDA and increase the level of SOD, the might be one of anti-ischemia mechanism of Guanxin Ⅱ Hao.
