高效液相色谱法测定固肠胶囊中人参皂苷Re的含量

Quantitative Determination of the Content of Ginsenoside Re in Guchang Capsules by Reversed-phase HPLC

目的建立固肠胶囊中人参皂苷Re的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,ApolloC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸(21∶79),检测波长:203nm。结果人参皂苷Re在0.508～12.192mg内呈线性关系,平均回收率101%,RSD=1.5%。结论该方法可以较好地控制固肠胶囊的质量。

Objective To develop a quantitative determination method of the content of ginsenoside Re in Guchang Capsules. Methods A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was employed and the measurement conditions used are as follows： Apollo C18 （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） column; mobile phase： acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid （21 ： 79）; the detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. Results The linear range of ginsenoside Re is 0.508-12. 192 μg. The average recovery Re was 101% （RSD=1.5%）. Conduslons The method is helpful to the quality control of ginsenoside Re in Guchang Capsules.
