射贝止咳口服液制备工艺的研究

摘要 目的确定射贝止咳口服液的最佳制备工艺条件。方法采用4因素、三水平正交设计法,以组方中的射干总黄酮含量、浸膏率为指标,筛选影响射贝止咳口服液水提醇沉工艺的因素。结果射贝止咳口服液的最佳工艺条件为:第1次、第2次加水分别为10倍量、8倍量,浸泡30min,煎煮2h,煎煮2次,醇沉浓度为60%。结论该制备工艺科学合理、质量稳定,为射贝止咳口服液的最佳制备工艺。 Objective Liquid. Method Based To establish the on the evaluation factors influencing the effect of boiling and of boiling and the times of boiling, the best technological condition of Shebeizhike Oral marker of Iridin contained in prescription, some extracting sush as amount of adding water, the time concentration of alcohol were selected, Results The best technological condition of Shebeizhike should be as follows: added ten times of water the first time, eight times of water the second time, and it should be boiled two times, 2.0 hours each time, the concentration of alcohol 60 percent. Conclusion The result of experiment provides experimental basis for the preparation technology of Shebeizhike Oral Liquid.
