摘要
浇注18个大尺寸柱式试件,用电化学方法加速其锈蚀并控制其锈蚀程度,在试验机上进行拉伸试验。通过电化学锈蚀试验结果分析,探讨了用法拉第定律估计锈蚀的适应性。基于柱式拉伸试件的试验结果和有限元仿真分析,研究了轴向不均匀锈蚀对结构的影响。
18 large size column-type tension specimens were poured. These specimens were under accelerated corrosion by the electro chemical method,and their corrosion degree were controlled by Faraday's law. Tension tests were carried on with the electro fluid servo system. The adaptability of estimate corrosion rate by Faraday's law were discussed based the results of accelerated electrochemical corrosion experiments. Based on the result of tension tests and nonlinear finite element analysis ,the effect of non-uniform corrosion in axial direction on stucture were discussed.
