On the Discussion of "Reasonable Low Marked Price" Bidding of the Constructive Project

“合理低标价”招标是一种由市场定价、企业自主报价的建设工程招标的新路子。本文试就“合理低标价”招标的提出、运用、招标中存在的若干问题进行探讨,并提出实践中需进一步改进的建议。

“Reasonable low marked price”bidding is a kind of new way of constructive project bidding by marketing fixed price and free price of the enterprise. This paper discussion the raising,application,and the existing problem in the “reasonable low marked price” ,then raise the propose which needs improving in the practice.
