介绍了Partnering模式的概念、组织结构和工作流程;分析了香港地铁将军澳延长线合同604在建立实施Partner-ing模式的一些实践做法,说明Partnering模式同样能给国内的建设项目管理带来有益的帮助。
As a new construction project management model in western systems, partnering is popular in practice in Europe and America, and it has been regarded by most scholars and professionals in construction industry as the future construction project management model. The paper presents the concept, organization structure and operation process of partnering. It also analyzes the implementation of partnering in the project of the Tseng Kwan O Extension 604 contract, implying that partnering can also benefit domestic construction project management.
