本文针对猪皮二层皮的组织结构特点，根据猪皮二层涂饰服装革的成品性能要求，详细阐述了生产过程中所采用的工艺流程、技术措施、化工材料配伍；重点对生产过程中几个关键工序进行了对比实验，筛选出较理想的方案。

Abstract In this paper,based on the fiber structural features of pig skin split and the property demands of split finished garment leather, the technological processes, technical measures and chemicals used in manufacture are described.The key processes have been compared by experiments and the reasonable methods are chosen.
