摘要
当前的以8位单片机为控制核心的沥青软化点测量仪器大都存在不能控制恒定的升温速率,不能精确测量下沉规定距离等缺陷,给工程设计、施工和监理带来了困难。文中介绍了基于 ARM 嵌入式处理器 LPC2132的沥青软化点测试仪电控系统设计方法,分析了系统的工作原理、硬件构成和控制策略,并进行了软件设计。实验表明:该系统具有控温精度高、运行可靠等优点。
The present apparatus for measuring bitumens softening point has defects in controlling stable wanning up speed, or the exact measurements of the given descending distance, which have caused much trouble in engineering design, construction and supervision. The thesis has made an introduction of the electronically-controlled design method of bitumens softening point based on ARM embedded processor,PLC2132 along with an analysis of the working principle,the hardware construction, the controlling strategies and the software design, all of which have been laboratorial experimented and proved.
