摘要
在分析传感器响应特性的基础上,得出了阶跃输入时,压电谐振式力传感器在不同状态下的输出响应,分析了响应时间与敏感头的固有频率ω_n、阻尼比ξ、输出误差带2△y 及灵敏度之间的关系。研究表明:给定传感器的输出误差带后,在轻度欠阻尼状态下传感器响应时间最短,增大敏感头固有谐振频率能提高传感器的响应速度,但会降低灵敏度,调整敏感头的结构,可使传感器的响应满足要求。
Based on analysis the respond character of sensor, when step plus input, piezoelectric resonator type fore sensor may respond at different state. The relations of sensor respond time with sensor damped ration ξ, sensitive element fixed resonator frequency ωn, output error scope 2Δy and sensitivity have been analyzed. The results indicate that the sensor respond time is the shortest under lightly tmderodamp state when the error band was ordered. Increase fixed resonator frequency of sensitive dement may improve the respond rate of sensor, but may decrease sensitivity. Adjust the structure of sensitive element to reality requires of sensor's respond.
