Evaluation of camp planning based on Rough sets theory

随着社会经济的发展,军用土地资源的重要性越来越为人们所重视,土地资源的规划直接影响土地资源的管理,因此,对军用土地资源规划管理的研究受到了广泛的重视,是目前研究的重点之一。军队营区规划涉及方方面面,文章首先建立营区规划评价指标体系,并运用Rough集理论对营区性能进行综合评价,为营区规划评价提出了新的方法。

Along with the social economic development, the importance of the military land resources behaves more and more values. The plan of the land resource affects directly the management of the land resource. Therefore, we attach importance to the research of the military land resources plan management, and it is one of the current investigative points. This article builds evaluation index of the camp planning on the base of factors of the camp planning, applying rough sets theory to evaluate camp planning, providing new method for it.
