摘要 本文对熔喷法非织造布生产中出现的“Shot”现象进行了较详细的分析,提出了与之有关的影响因素─—牵伸风、温度、挤出量和原料性能等,分析认为其中关键的因素是热牵伸风和熔体流动性能。对上述因素调整合理即可消除“Shot”现象,保证产品质量。 The paper analyzes the 'shot'phenomenon that is emerged on tneltblown fabric prodction, to puts froward the influence factors related to its-draft air, temperature, extrud er output and performances of feed materials etc. This paper thinks,through the analyses, the 'shot'phenomenon can be eliminated and the product quality can be guaranteed when the above-mentioned factors are adjusted suitably.
