茶树育种早期鉴定遗传标记研究进展

Advances on Genetic Markers in Selection and Identification at Early Stage of Tea Breeding

本文对茶树育种早期鉴定中与产量、品质、抗性相关的遗传标记的研究进行综述。提出分子标记选择只能作为一种辅助育种手段加以利用,必须与外部形态、解剖结构、内部生化成分等其他遗传标记相结合,才能达到准确、高效、缩短育种过程的目的。建立包含形态标记、生化标记、细胞标记、分子标记的综合遗传标记辅助选择体系是今后茶树早期鉴定的研究方向。

The studies on genetic markers which related with yield, quality, and resistance to hard enviroment in clonal selection at single bush stage are summarized in this paper. And put forward that molecular markers can only be used as an assistant method in breeding, which must be combined with exterior form, anatomical structure, interior biochemical components and other genetic markers, only in this way can we be accurate, effective and shorten the course of tea breeding. Establishment of comprehensive genetic markers subsidiary selection system including form marker, biochemical marker, cell marker and molecular marker will be the study direction in selection and identifcation at early stage of tea breeding in the future.
