传统方法用八角辉干机或瓶式炒干机加工出的绿茶一般条索不紧、颜色欠翠绿。本文围绕提高绿茶品质这一中心议题,对双锅曲毫炒干机加工绿茶工艺进行了探讨,并对这一加工工艺进行详细的介绍。
In general, the green tea processed by the traditional methods with eight-edges roasting machine or roller type roasting machine is loose in strip, lack green in colour. This paper centred on how to improve the quality of green tea, discussed the technology of green tea processing by double-pan roasting machine, and made a detailed account of this processing technology.
