慢性无结石性胆囊炎21例报道

CHRONIC ACALCULOUS CHOLECYSTITIS——A report of 21 cases

本文报道1983～1986年在375例接受胆囊手术的患者中,发现21例慢性无结石性胆囊炎。多数病例病程缓慢,部分病例合并有慢性疾病,据分析这些疾病与慢性无结石性胆囊炎的发病有一定的关系。行胆囊切除可使90％的患者症状缓解。无结石性胆囊炎是胆囊的一种器质性病变,如果诊断正确,可有效地行胆囊切除术。

During a four-year period from 1983 to 1986, 21 of 375 patients undergoing cholccyst operation developed chronic acalculous cholecystitis. The majority of the patients had chronic disease; some of which had associated chronic medical problems leading to calculous cholecystitis; as others analysed. The cholecystectomy for chronic acalculous cholecystitis will relieve the symptoms in more than 90 per cent of the patients. Acalculous cholecystitis is a true organic problem which, if diagnosed accurately, can be effectively treated with cholecystectomy.
