家兔胫骨前肌的肌构筑和肌内神经分布 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究家兔胫骨前肌的肌构筑与肌内神经分布的关系。方法肌构筑法、改良的Sihler’s染色法。结果家兔胫骨前肌为梭形肌,肌重(2.39±0.13)g,肌长(3.08±0.03)cm,肌纤维长(2.00±0.01)cm,生理横切面积(1.13±0.07)cm2。支配胫骨前肌的神经分出3条初级神经支,即上、中、下支。上支到达肌的外上部;中支更多地密集在肌中部;下支发出两条次级支,即肌纤维支和肌腱支。上、中、下支的分支间存在吻合。结论家兔胫骨前肌是长肌,倾向于速度型设计;肌内神经分布和肌纤维空间排列有关。 Objective To reveal the relationship of muscle architecture and distributions of intramuscular nerves of muscle tibialis anterior in rabbit. Methods Muscle architecture method; Modified sihler's staining. Results Muscle tibialis anterior was spindle in rabbit. Muscle weight( 2.39 ± 0. 13 )g, muscle length (5.08 ±0.03 )cm, muscle fibre length ( 2.00 ± 0. 01 ) cm, physiologic cross - sectional area ( 1.13±0. 07 ) cm^2. Intramuscular nerves of Muscle tibialis anterio send out 3 primary branches in rabbit, they were superior and middle and inferior branches. Superior branch came to lateral upside of muscle; Middle branch concentrated in middle part more;Inferior branch divided into 2 sencond branches, they were muscle fibers branch and tendo branch. There were many anastomoses among them. Conclusions Muscle tibialis anterior was long muscle in rabbit, it had relatively high FL, implying a design towards high excursion and low force production;Distribution of intramuscular nerves were related to spatial arrangement of muscle fibers.
