摘要 目的探讨糖尿病患者自主神经功能与与心律失常的关系。方法采用24h动态心电图对115例糖尿病患者的心率变异性和心律失常进行检测。结果糖尿病患者严重的心律失常如Lown’s≥3级的室性心律失常及房性心律失常(短阵房速、房颤)随SDNN(24h内全部正常R-R间期的标准差)降低而明显增加。结论SDNN明显降低的糖尿病患者,其心脏严重受累,心脏自主神经功能下降,发生心源性猝死的危险性增加。 Objective To study the relationship between autonomic neuropathy and arrhythmias in diabetic patients. Methods 24 hour ambulatory electrocardigraphy were performed in 115 diabetics, the relationship between alhonomic neuropathy and arrhythrnias. Results According to the reduction of the standard deviation of nomal-to-norml intervals (SDNN) in the entire 24 hour ECG recording, the severely arrhythmias including Lown's grade≥3 ventricular arrhythmias and atrial tachycardias and fibrillation were increased. Conclusions The results suggested that the risks of sudden cardiac death would increase in diabetic patients with lower SDNN.
