摘要
利用高能电子束对雷帕霉素产生菌进行诱变处理。照射时间分别选用10s、20s、30s,在诱变株中筛选高产突变株。最终获得一株高产菌株NP09-62#,其效价比出发菌株提高了33.3%,且遗传性能稳定。
High energy electrons was used in the screening of rapamycin producing strain and the highest yield strain was selected among the mutant strains on different irradiating time 10s,20s and 30s. Finally,a high yield strain NP09-62# was gained and its production of rapamycin is higher 33.3 % than its parent strain, and this ability can be steadily inherited.
