摘要
介绍了非营利性科研机构绩效评价优化管理系统的设计原则,给出了系统结构设计的整体框架,详细叙述了系统的功能,最后概括了系统具有的技术特点。整个系统将绩效评价与优化管理相结合,是对绩效评价研究的一种有益的尝试和探讨。
The design principle of optimal management system in the evaluation of the achievement and efficiency for no-profits scientific research institutions is introduced. The overall frame of the framework design of the system is given. The system function is expounded in detail and an example for the evaluation is given. The technical features of the system are outlined in finally. The evaluation of the achievement and efficiency is combined with the optimal management in the overall system. It is a beneficial test and development for the study of the evaluation of achievement and efficiency.
