Modification of oil pump control system for governor oil pressure unit at power plant of Naban reservoir

通过利用无触点的智能软启动压力控制装置对那板水库电站调速器油压装置油泵控制系统的改造,解决了油泵电动机采用传统继电器———接触器控制方式所存在诸多缺陷,提高控制的自动化程度,改善启动性能,方便操控,经过3年多的应用,运行良好,为水电站的调速器油压装置油泵控制提供了一个好的借鉴。

The oil pump control system of governor oil pressure unit at power plant of Naban reservoir was modified with contact-free, soft start, intelligent pressure control unit, which not only remove the defects from traditional oil pump motor control mode consisting of relay and contactor, but also upgrade the control automation degree, improve starting performance and permit convenient operation. More than three years of operation has proved its superior performance which provide good experience for oil pump control of governor oil pressure unit at Hydropower plant.
