摘要
阐明了个性化教学在当今教学领域的应用价值。论述了个性化教学的意义,并从处理好“全面发展与个性发展”之间的关系、教学目标、教学组织形式、学生个性差异、课程开发、课堂氛围、学习策略、教师教学风格、评价系统等方面探讨了个性化教学的实施策略。
The author illustrated the application value of individuation teaching in current teaching field, discussed the meaning of individuation teaching, and probed into the implementing strategy of individuation teaching in respects of correctly dealing with the relation between all-around development and individual character development, teaching target, teaching organization mode, difference of students＇ individual characters, curriculum development, class atmosphere, learning strategy, teacher＇s teaching style, appraisal system etc.
