摘要
“双师型”教师是高职教育师资队伍建设的目标和方向,但在实践中面临着很多困难和问题,分析了双师素质教师的内涵及其应具备的条件,探讨了建立双师素质教师队伍的必要性及培养途径。
“Teacher ＋ engineer” type teacher is the target and direction of cultivation of teachers engaging in higher vocational education, but practice has seen many difficulties and problems. The author analyzed the connotation and qualification of a teacher with “teacher ＋ engineer” quality, probed into the necessity and measures of cultivating teachers to be ones with “ teacher ＋ engineer” quality.
