本文就如何充分利用电大网络资源优势,以电大系统统筹规划、分级办学、分级管理模式为准则来构建适合电大各级教务管理的信息平台,为电大系统各级教务、教学管理工作提供更好的服务和信息资源,提高教务管理工作质量和效率,从系统的规划和技术实现方面谈了自己的几点看法。

This paper introduces how to make full use of network resources. With the principle of united arrangement, ratings of running schools and ratings management mode, we should try our best to construct an information platform adapting to educational administration management of regional Radio and TV Universities. Thus it can provide the Radio and TV University system with better services and information resources, improve its quality and efficiency from the angle of systematic programme and technological realization.
