摘要
本文阐述了热压法去毒的原理，分析了降解时间和多元降解助剂对去毒的影响。
The paper relates the principle of detoxification of rape seed meal with heating and pressing technology,analyses the influence of demoting time and pluralistic demoting auxiliary agent,supplies the theoretical basis for the production of detoxifled rape seed meal on a large scale.
